This product is synthesized from silane monomers with high phenyl content through hydrolytic copolymerization, molecular structure regulation and vacuum rectification. Increasing the proportion of phenyl groups enables precise enhancement of the refractive index.
It is a colorless transparent oily liquid with a high refractive index and excellent optical transparency. It features outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures, aging and radiation, as well as favorable electrical insulation and chemical stability. It resists corrosion and oxidation and boasts superior optical matching performance.
It is mainly used for filling of optical lenses, coupling and bonding of optical components, and LED optoelectronic packaging. It also serves as high-end optical damping medium and moisture-proof insulating oil for precision instruments, and is widely applied in high-end manufacturing sectors including optoelectronics and optical instruments.
