This product is synthesized from high-purity methylphenyl silane monomers via hydrolytic copolymerization, molecular chain regulation and high-temperature equilibrium polymerization. It is further refined through multi-stage high-vacuum rectification to remove light components and harmful impurities, reaching the purity grade for vacuum equipment application.
This oil features an extremely low saturated vapor pressure. It resists volatilization and thermal cracking under high-temperature working conditions, and delivers exceptional thermal stability and oxidation resistance. With prominent chemical inertness, it is corrosion and radiation resistant, and provides high pumping efficiency. Its performance degrades slightly during long-term operation, enabling it to steadily maintain an ultra-high vacuum environment.
It is widely applied in vacuum coating, semiconductor chip fabrication, vacuum metallurgical smelting and electron beam processing. Compatible with various large and medium-sized high-vacuum diffusion pumps, it is an indispensable dedicated working medium for precision vacuum equipment.
