This product is mainly produced from phenyl chlorosilane through controlled hydrolytic condensation and dehydration cyclization, followed by purification via recrystallization and drying. It is a white crystalline solid featuring a highly stable molecular structure and strong chemical inertness. It exhibits exceptional resistance to high temperature, oxidation, weathering and aging, along with good hydrophobicity, moisture resistance and electrical insulation. It has great compatibility and is not prone to decomposition or deterioration.
As a high-end phenyl organosilicon intermediate, it is primarily used to synthesize high-temperature resistant phenyl silicone resins and special heat-resistant silicone oils. It can effectively improve the temperature resistance and insulating properties of silicone rubbers, and is widely applied in electronic insulating materials, high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings, heat-resistant polymer composite materials and other fields.
