3-(2-Methoxyethoxy)propyl-methyl-bis(trimethylsilyloxy)silane, commonly known as Silwet L-77, is a nonionic organosilicone surfactant. As a polyether-modified trisiloxane, it dramatically reduces surface tension at low concentrations. It acts as a superspreading adjuvant in agrochemical sprays, enhancing wetting, penetration, and rainfastness on hydrophobic leaf surfaces. It is also used in personal care, industrial cleaning, and textile processing.
