This product is synthesized from phenyl chlorosilane and ethanol via alcoholysis process. After catalytic reaction, it is purified and freed from impurities by vacuum rectification. The product features stable purity and excellent batch-to-batch consistency.
It is a colorless transparent liquid with mild and controllable hydrolysis and good storage stability. Its molecular structure contains diphenyl and diethoxy groups, delivering outstanding heat resistance, yellowing resistance, weather resistance and anti-aging performance. It also boasts favorable electrical insulation and material compatibility.
As a common organosilicon intermediate, it is applied to the synthesis of phenyl silicone resins, modified silicone oils and high-temperature resistant silicone rubbers. It can also be used to produce weather-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings and electronic insulating encapsulating materials, as well as for surface modification of fillers. It is widely utilized in fine chemicals, electronics & electrical engineering, composite materials and other fields.
