This product is prepared by copolymerization and hydrolysis of phenyl chlorosilane and methyl chlorosilane. After cyclization and restructuring reactions, it is separated and purified by multi-stage rectification to remove ineffective impurities. The finished product has stable purity and uniform batch quality.
It is a colorless oily liquid. Its molecular structure combines the flexibility of methyl groups and the heat resistance of phenyl groups, delivering excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, yellowing and aging. It features stable chemical properties and good compatibility with various organosilicon materials.
As a copolymerized organosilicon monomer, it is used to synthesize methyl-phenyl copolymer silicone resins and special heat-resistant silicone rubbers. It can also be formulated into weather-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings and manufactured into electronic insulating encapsulation products. It is widely applied in fine chemicals, electrical equipment protection and processing of high-temperature resistant polymer materials.
