Product Introduction：
This product is synthesized from methylphenyldichlorosilane and methanol through catalytic alcoholysis. The reaction mixture is refined by vacuum rectification to remove by-products and impurities, resulting in finished products with stable purity and uniform batch quality.
It is a colorless transparent liquid with moderate hydrolysis activity, and its reaction process is easy to control. The molecular structure incorporates flexible methyl groups and heat-resistant phenyl structures, endowing the product with good toughness, heat resistance, yellowing resistance and weatherability. It also shows excellent compatibility with various organic materials.
As a commonly used organosilicon synthetic intermediate, it is mainly applied to the preparation of modified phenyl silicone resins and special silicone oils. It can also be used for performance regulation of silicone rubbers, production of weather-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings, and surface modification of inorganic fillers. It is widely used in electronic encapsulation, fine chemicals, polymer composite materials and other fields.
