Product Introduction：
This high-molecular-weight raw rubber is produced from phenylsilane monomers through hydrolytic polymerization, molecular chain regulation and refining purification. The introduction of phenyl functional groups into the molecular structure effectively optimizes the overall performance of the rubber, making it suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems.
The product features excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, radiation and aging, along with outstanding mechanical strength, elasticity and electrical insulation. It also delivers good ozone resistance, medium erosion resistance and superior thermal stability. Products vulcanized at high temperature are resistant to embrittlement and cracking, and enjoy a long service life.
It is mainly used for high-temperature resistant seals in aerospace industry, insulation layers of special wires and cables, radiation-resistant military components, as well as sealing and damping parts for industrial high-temperature equipment. It can also be fabricated into protective rubber products for precision instruments.
