An oligomeric siloxane made through telomerization of cyclic compounds, it can be used as the structural controlling agent for the production of silicone rubber or chain elongation agent for the synthesis of other products. Also used for the water proofing, softening or antisticking treatment for fabrics, paper and leather; or as cosmetics. Low viscosity, high hydroxyl content.
